The Nitro therm spray new coating method: ionized heated nitrogen production obtained by means of selective permeation. The traditional system electrostatically charges the paint flow (creating the overspray effect and causing the dispersion of the sprayed material). This is caused by the opposition between negative and positive electrostatic particles.
With the innovative Nitro therm spray system it is possible to polarize the particles going through the heated hose according to request.
