Body spray coating, new coating system on bodyshops.

The Nitrotherm spray method of coating on bodyshops: heated ionized nitrogen production obtained by selective permeation. The traditional system generates electrostatic particles with the sprayed paint creating the overspray effect and the material dispersion caused by the opposition between negative and positive electrostatic particles laying on the bodyshop surface. The Nitrotherm spray system polarises the particles at request through heated nitrogen.
Time and material sprayed on the bodyshop surface are saved using this system. Another advantage is that the temperature of nitrogen can be regulated by user so as to apply the paint on the bodyshop in any climatic and environmental condition. A unique coat of paint, no sags, time savings, less product waste, no "orange peel" effect will determine a better refinish of the paint coat on the bodyshop surface.
