This is an economical, powerful and versatile welder. The READY WELDER MIG is ready to be used with a 24V CC battery (or even with two 12V CC batteries). The MIG welding gun can be loaded with the adequate welding wire and you can weld, build, assembly, repair or cut iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminium 15 – 20 mm thick directly on site and up to 15 metres distance from the supply battery. With the option of the Resistor Pack very thin sheets can be welded or cut.

READY WELDER has a working cycle when using gas of 100% and 50% when using 0.9 cored wire. It can be used with any type of coiled welding wire of 0.6, 0.8, 1.2 or 0.9 up to 1 kg. The gun trigger controls the gas valve and the two LED lights indicate if the polarity is correct.
The READY WELDER MIG system weights 3 kg, is mobile and can easily be carried anywhere in its heavy-duty case. The system has a 1-year guarantee.

The model 10000MDP is most frequently bought and used by the American military divisions, including the "U.S.C.G. (United States Coast Guard), but also by many other military divisions. The 10000MDP model has a slave plug that allows the user to weld off most parts of vehicles and trucks with 24V battery systems. This unit is kept in a heavy-duty, water proof military type case. The case contains the AC/DC converter and essential spare parts including supplementary wire coils, nozzles, two 20' foot extension cables and 50' feet of extra gas hose. It welds steel, stainless steel, aluminium and all kinds of metals with 1 or 2 pound standard coils.
