PULSAIRŪ MICROGEN2 PSA NITROGEN GENERATOR

The MICROGEN2 PSA generator uses Pressure Swing Adsorption technology to produce nitrogen on site. Filtered compressed air is fed into the twin adsorber vessels where a molecular sieve is used to separate the nitrogen from the other gases. The unique properties of this molecular sieve allow it to attract, or adsorb, oxygen from the air under pressure. As one adsorber produces nitrogen, the other depressurizes to expel the waste gases it has adsorbed during the production cycle. The nitrogen generating process is completely regenerative, which makes it both reliable and virtually maintenance-free. Under normal operating conditions and with regular maintenance the molecular sieve has an indefinite lifespan.

Eurosider - Built and designed according to the highest standards of quality and reliability, the MICROGEN2 PSA system uses the most advanced technology in selective permeation guaranteeing an economically competitive on site nitrogen production, eliminating any problems previously had with suppliers.

The purity of the nitrogen is guaranteed by highly precise and reliable analyzers that by-pass the PSA and eliminate the waste product into the atmosphere every time the nitrogen produced is not of standard quality.

The inlet air filters must be replaced periodically every 2000 working hours. The maintenance for the MICROGEN2 PSA system is carried out by qualified Eurosider technicians. It is also possible to connect the MICROGEN2 PSA to a special compressor to fill cylinders at 150 bar.
