EUROSIDER has patented, experimented and developed machinery and methods to produce and distribute nitrogen at high purity levels for the conservation of cereals stored in big and small size silos, without using any chemical products or pesticides that could be dangerous for our health.

This method and technology has been experimented on in the Provincial Agricultural consortium of Grosseto, in Roselle, in a 1000 ton. Vertical silos, but the system can be applied to fiberglass silos or containers too.

The experiment was successful as was stated by the Research Centre assigned to us and supervised by the CNR (National Research council) the object of the research being long-term conservation of large amounts of grain at a lower cost than the normal chemical treatment used in the storage phase after harvesting (insecticides, toxins) that are negative for the quality and health both for the grain, the environment ( the use of chemicals means that over time the organisms become resistant to them).

It is therefore possible to maintain under control the oxygen concentration, the amount of relative humidity and the temperature of the nitrogen inside the lightly pressured silos. All aerobic degeneration and the growth of specific funguses cease to exist
